Cold season

Okay I have a cold! But I won't let it win!
Here's why:

I am eating tons of fresh fruit and vegetables .... I am serious TONS!

I am drinking 96 oz of water.  everyday.

I am limiting my caffeine intake.

I washed all my bedding.

I am getting 8+ hours of sleep.

I am washing my hands frequently.

And last but not least, I am still exercising.  Not strenuous, mostly light cardiovascular ( easy run or bike).
