WOTD (Workout Of The Day)
This is a fat burner!
Warm up 5 min Cardio of your choice.
10 push ups
10 squats
5 pull ups(or rows)
20 crunches
4 min HARD cardio of your choice( when I say hard that means work your butt off!)
1 min easy cardio
* repeat 4 times, NO REST BETWEEN SETS OR EXERCISES!
