1 minutes on the Stairmaster as hard as you can
1 minute on the rowing machine as fast as you can
1 minute on the bicycle as fast as you can
* complete 10 rounds with out any rest between each machine

Single leg supine bridge 1 min each leg
Pull up/ burpee X 10
* circuit complete one set of each exercise without rest then do 10 push ups. Rest 1min. Then start round 2, complete 4 rounds.
