WOTD ( workout of the day)

Goblet squats on body #25 X 20
Golf ball pick up #25 X 20 each leg
Single leg supine bridge  1 min each leg
Pull up/ burpee X 10

* circuit complete one set of each exercise without rest then do 10 push ups. Rest 1min. Then start round 2, complete 4 rounds.
